MFB 1960s Executives

Bob Smith (left), Dan Reed (center) and Rep. Stanley Powell (right) all served as MFB Legislative Counsels in the mid-1960s. Smith was a former MFB vice president; Powell was director of public affairs and public relations; and Reedserved as administrative director of public affairs before succeeding Power in leading the public affairs division. Thanks to Bill Spike and Ron Nelson—themselves emeritus leaders of the organization—for their insights in helping identify these gentlemen.
