Farm Bureau Oil Company

Farm Bureau Oil Co-op at your service!

Founded in 1931,the Branch County Farm Bureau Oil Cooperative was the first of its kind in Michigan. The co-op outgrew its facilities in Batavia (west of Coldwater) and purchased a 40-acre site on U.S. 12. This photo is from the new location’s opening in March 1973. If you have any memories of these facilities, share below!
